The Open Day is about reflecting on the many milestones the industry has achieved to date as the demand for New Zealand sheep milk increases, as well as looking to the future. It's a great opportunity for suppliers to come together and share wins and challenges from the season and for those interested in entering the industry to visit a working sheep farm and discuss opportunities with our milk supply team. This year, attendees can expect to hear from both Spring Sheep Milk Co. and Parininihi ki Waitōtara about their roles in the sheep dairying industry. There will be an opportunity to hear from existing suppliers about their experience and motivations for entering the industry, as well as the chance to watch a milking session.
